Exchange / Return Policy

  • Our shipping is just as sharp and structured as our clothes. We do not only provide the modern dandy, with free shipping but also COD (Cash on Delivery)
  • You can apply for an exchange or return for your order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes 
  • A delivery fee of Rs. 300 per shirt/ kurta will be deducted at the time of refunds/ returns
  • If you want to return or exchange you can either Whatsapp on 9999635222 or email us on care@berribon.com with your Order ID and we will take care of the rest :) 
  • Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected and delivered back to our warehouse
  • If the return pick up is cancelled for any reason the customer will have to courier us the shirt themselves
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled
  • Refunds will be processed in 7-8 business days after the returned article has been delivered back to our warehouse (Subject to clearance in quality check)
  • Multiple pick ups against one order are not permissible 
  • We only accept a size exchange for our products
  • Further discounted products can only be exchanged
  • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable
  • Some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to return the item(s) back to us. The reverse shipping address will remain the same as per the original invoice
  • If customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable
  • In case of wrong product delivered the customer must inform via email within 24 hours 
  • Any Complimentary shirt cannot be exchanged or returned 

 

PROCESS

For exchanging OR returning any of the items purchased, please contact our customer care team within 10 days delivery with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please share the image of the item as well
  • In case of exchange specify which size you want in exchange 

After receiving the request we will arrange a reverse pickup for the same. The return or exchange shirt should be packed in the same box and handed over to the delivery boy when he comes to take the shirt

Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected
